Caruso products are packaged with the utmost care and delivery is usually effected by post. We use the following shipment methods:

For smaller shipments:
1. EMS Lao Express. Airmail.  Delivery time approximately one week to anywhere in the world.
2. Registered Seamail.  Delivery time approximately two to three months, depending on the destination.
The weight limit per package is around 20 kilos.
3. Airfreight. From Vientiane Airport to destination airport.
4. Seafreight. From Vientiane via Bangkok port to destination port.
Charges are calculated by weight and volume.

Customers will be advised of shipping charges for online orders once selection is made.
